Our Mission

Our mission is to create interconnected and reciprocal communities around care homes, bringing positivity and changing perceptions of ageing and what older people are capable of achieving.

Our wonderful care & connections boxes contain exciting nature themed activities and gifts to suit care homes & their community partners with a range of abilities and ages.

POSTCARDS & CROCHET FOR CARE

It's simple. Take a breather from the stresses of modern life.  Show some kindness by sharing your nature thoughts on a postcard or crocheting a gift for someone living in a care home.

PARTNERSHIPS & COLLABORATIVE WORK

Our success relies on close collaboration with community partner organisations who include West Herts College; BEEE Creative CIO; The Bee Friendly Trust; Hertfordshire & Middlesex Wildlife Trust; RSPB Watford; Rennie Grove Peace Hospice and Nordic Walking Watford.
