Our Mission

Our mission is to create interconnected and reciprocal communities around care homes, bringing positivity and changing perceptions of ageing and what older people are capable of achieving.

Our wonderful care & connections boxes contain exciting nature themed activities and gifts to suit care homes & their community partners with a range of abilities and ages.

POSTCARDS

It's simple. Take a breather from the stresses of modern life.  Write or draw a postcard to show you care.  Green Connections will send the postcard on to an older person who's feeling lonely.  See examples of some of our wonderful community postcards.
