About the event

If you join us for this wonderfully unique session led by Artist Anna Schofield you'll have the opportunity to:

- grab a free coffee at the wonderful cafe in Leavesden Park

- meet some like minded people

- have a friendly chat

- have a bit of a doodle on a sketch pad whilst walking through a tranquil, scenic woodland walk

Most of all, we want you to have some time out, to recharge your batteries, to breath some fresh air and possibly make new social connections whilst feeling more closely connected to nature.

We know that these kind of experiences are what we all need to feel a bit better.  We need connection, we need trees and (some of us) need coffee...or tea or BOTH.

..... and why not bring a friend too?!

The ticket price of £15 (early bird price = £10) includes all materials provided and a hot beverage & is set so that Green Connections is able to reinvest money into providing programmes that will benefit our community and its individual residents, helping to reduce social isolation & loneliness whilst re-connecting to nature for physical and mental wellbeing.

To enquire about a subsidised place if you on benefits please contact michelle@greenconnections.co.uk.

This session is for adults aged 18+.  It will be led by professional artist and mindfulness coach, Anna Schofield and Occupational Therapist, Michelle Gersh.

DOGS & PET POLICY:

NB: OUT OF CONSIDERATION FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS, WE OPERATE A NO DOGS/PETS POLICY ON ALL OF OUR SESSIONS
